    We come on site for a direct quote, or quote online or over the phone, subject to confirmation.

    The surface is deep-cleaned so nothing is trapped under the film.

    Film is cut to each surface and laid by hand with a wet-mount method.

Quote and consultation

It starts with a quote request through our contact form or by email. We call or email you back to arrange an on-site visit, or to quote online or over the phone where that suits, subject to confirmation. On site, we check the stone in person: its type, finish, any existing chips, stains or etches, and the light in the room. When we visit, we apply a Gloss and a Matte / Satin sample to your own stone so you can see exactly how the finished surface will look. Then we agree an installation date.

Preparation and application

An invisible result depends on preparation. The surface is deep-cleaned in several stages to remove grease and fine dust. The film is then cut to each surface, around sinks, cooktops, edges and fixtures, and laid by hand using a wet-mount method so it can be positioned perfectly before it bonds.

Inspection and handover

Before we leave, every surface is checked under strong light for clarity and edge finish. We walk you through the result, explain how to care for it, and issue your 10-year written warranty. Your technician will tell you when the surface is ready for normal use.

Before we arrive

  • Clear every surface we are filming: benchtops, vanities, tables and bar tops.
  • Tell us about any chips, cracks or etches you already know of.
  • If restoration is needed, book it before your install date.

After we leave

  • Clean with any non-abrasive household cleaner.
  • Use a chopping board for knives.
  • Use a trivet for pots straight off the stove.
  • Keep pets off the new film for 24 hours.

Frequently asked

Most projects are completed in a single day, whether that is one benchtop or a kitchen, bathrooms and tables together. Whole homes and larger commercial properties are scheduled over as many days as they need, and we confirm the timing when we quote.
No. We never machine the stone. The film is cut and laid on top of the surface, so there is no dust.
Someone needs to let us in and approve the finish at handover. You do not need to be in the room while we work.
Yes. For the best result, have it restored or re-polished first; we then apply the film so it stays that way. We can advise on the order of works.
Yes. It can be removed by a professional without machining the stone, and damaged sections can be replaced.
Yes. Commercial installations are done after hours so there is no downtime for your venue.
